Nintendo Updates Its ‘Switch Online + Expansion Pack’ Trailer With New Footage

Since Nintendo introduced its higher-priced Expansion Pack tier to the Switch Online service, it’s continued to bolster it with more DLC offerings and retro content.

The latest addition just the other week was the Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion. It’s now updated the official ‘Switch Online + Expansion Pack – Overview Trailer’ with some extensive footage of this downloadable content that is now accessible through this subscription, provided you’ve got access to Splatoon 2.

“Active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack members can now enjoy the Splatoon 2: Octo Expansion DLC on the Nintendo Switch system at no additional cost.* It’s a great way to train up before the Splatoon 3 game launches for Nintendo Switch!”

Nintendo normally provides some hints as to what’s next in these Expansion Pack trailers, and this latest trailer also seems to reconfirm that Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards and Pokémon Snap will be the next games added to the N64 library.

This latest trailer follows on from an update to both the Nintendo 64 and Sega Mega Drive / Genesis services recently.

Do you think Switch Online’s Expansion Pack service is improving? What N64 games would you like to see next? Leave your thoughts down below.
